Drama in Relationship

Why is it in life that people want to have confrontations with others or put themselves in situations where this can occur. It must be human nature to boost the natural adrenaline in the body to want to act in such a manner. There always comes a time in a relationship where the individuals will not always share the same viewpoints on how things should be handled. Often times this can be settled before things escalate into a more serious problem. The reason things get worse is because pride gets involved. Pride is one of the biggest killers of happiness every invented and the biggest pill that no one seems to be able to swallow at the right time until its to late. Learn to give and take and when to go with the flow and when to battle for what you believe in. Do not start WWIII just because you can not eat at your pick of the restaurant tonight. A person that starts off dating and tries to take over everything will probably be that same way later on down the road. Look around in life and dating situations you have seen or been in yourself. Then think back to what caused the end to those relationships chances are pride was a big factor in why things ended. Why would anyone want to place that much stress in their life? I don't care if your dating the princess or prince of the world NOBODY and i mean NOBODY is worth the stress on your life of daily drama from wanting to be controlling. If they cheat on you once go ahead and leave them right then. Being a cheater or thinking that a person will change after that one time you catch them is the dumbest thing in the world. In the first place if they are cheating on you and you some how happen to find out then what does that say about that person morals in the first place. By them cheating in the first place notes one of two things apparently you were not taking care of your responsibilities as the significant other, or they just don't like you as much as they let on in the first place. Staying with the person that cheated on you or giving them multiple chances to straighten out things just makes you either desperate or stupid probably some of both. The same goes for people in abusive relationships not just physical but mentally. If they call you bad names one moment then five minutes tell you they love you so much then you fall under that category as well. The moral overall is that being with another person should not feel like an eternal struggle all the time, and fool me once shame on me but fool me twice shame on me.

Why People Lie and Honesty

In live there comes a time when a few lies here and there turn into daily lying about things no matter how big or how small it is. The fact is that everyone tells a average of three to five lies a day without even thinking much of it. Now is it wrong to lie the answer to that is simple "yes" its wrong to lie. When the same person is faced with a situation between lying to save a argument with a spouse or significant other or to save face in front of a boss or co worker then the person position on this changes just that quickly. Lying should never be okay in any situation if you are not responsible enough to stand up and admit to things that happen no matter what the instant then you should not put yourself in that situation to begin with. Society as a whole starts to tell lies from a early age, it may start off small and then just starts to snowball further from there. When your a small child you may tell a untruth to your parents to avoid being denied a new toy at the mall next time because you didn't want to say how the vase on the coffee table got broke. When you become older as a teen and young adult you start to lie more and more it may be still small things like what time you got in from the party last night which was probably a few hours after curfew. You may be in your class trying to talk with your professor to grant you an extension on the report that is due. Now the truth is that you have known about the report for the past three weeks but put it of because going to the football game and hanging with your friends the past few weekends was more important at the time. So now your standing there mixing every kind of excuse you can think of. In the end the teacher may give you the extra time to write the report and you just got through telling a bunch of more lies to get where your trying to get. Lying becomes a addiction that is only fueled by more lies to keep yourself afloat in the previous things that you have told to others. If you were to look back on times you have told lies and the trouble it caused in the end chances are you wold have been better off getting the truth out in the beginning and suffering the wrath at that time.

Honesty is the easiest thing to do in the world, the best thing invented since sliced bread is the truth. When someone beats around the bush and says" its so hard to tell the truth all the time" think back and be like "why"? Whats so hard about saying the truth and given factual information. True at that moment honesty can be hurtful but in the long run don't you think that knowing you told the truth to that person would mean more to them than if you straight up told a bold face lie right to their face. Being tactful about the honesty that is given depends on what is said. Honesty can make your life a lot easier and gain you more respect than trying to cover up what happen and stressing over will your lie hold up.

Getting In Shape Without Killing Yourself in the Gym

Even though summer will be ending in about a month this is no reason for you to say bye to those good habits or wanting to lose those pounds. There are several factors that people need to understand when they are trying to get in shape whether it be to live a healthier lifestyle or to shed unwanted pounds.

  • Drink Water. This is probably the most important tip of them all water does a lot for your body. Think about it your body is already made up of 75% H2O so why not rehydrate yourself with whats already most present in your body. Water does so much for your body flushing out bad things, makes your skin healthy, and drinking water can actually make you less thirsty throughout the day. When I used to read those articles that said a person should drink 8 Glasses of water my first thought was they are crazy. But once actually trying to drink water during the day its not that hard to do at all. Drink 2 glasses of water with each meal and after about 2 weeks you will notice a big improvement in how you feel overall.
  • Remember that getting in shape is not a short term fix or solution and it should not be treated that way. With that said you can not expect to start Monday and by Friday have the six pack abs or drop some many clothing sizes.
  • Start off slow first try changing your eating habits cut out extra snacks during the day that are full of sugars, fats, and salts. Try substituting them for fresh fruit or trail mix. This alone can help you start to fee less tired and more energy throughout the day.
  • Don't eat your dinner after 7:30pm. When you eat big heavy dinners late and night and then get ready to go to sleep on it that doesn't give your body time enough to start digesting the food. Also once you eat a big meal wait about an hour before you go to lay down on the chair or bed for the same reason.
  • Start to Exercise regularly. Now when I say exercise it can be as simple as starting to go walking daily for 30Min's. Every little bit helps build you to a healthier lifestyle. So if your favorite movie is coming on in an hour then that gives you time to go walking, have a quick snack and shower all with plenty of time to be ready to see the movie. Once you start exercising whether it be walking, gym, or weights be sure to stretch and don't over do it on the first day. Plan things out so that in the first 2 weeks you start off your workout then gradually increase the amount of time to build up your endurance.
  • Being healthy is not all losing weight in a certain period of time. It should be about the individual having the ability to go through their day without pain and have a good level of endurance and good self esteem for themselves.

The Recession And Helpful Tips To Save

The last few years have seen many changes for people in all classes of society due to the current economic recession that we are in. It has effected everyone differently many famous celebrities probably have been reduced to stop buying Fiji Water and started buying regular old bottle water from the store. But even small cut backs like this will not help the economy in the long run. Even Diddy says he has parked the G 5 jet and started flying commercial again. Just think about that your on your flight from NY and get into first class seat and guess who you see beside you that's right Puffy Combs himself sitting there having a drink of Ciroc Vodka. The point is that with the recession everybody has made changes to their lifestyle and here are some main ways you can change and save money during these hard times.

1. Start off by going grocery shopping instead of dining out all the time just because its there. Now yes just because Pizza Hut or Burger King is up the street from your house and they have those special $5 pizzas or $1 burgers that will start to add up on your wallet by the time the month ends.

2. Keep a tally of what you spend and on what. By doing this you set yourself up to be more aware of how much money you actually spend during a given amount of time. People will be surprised at the end of the month when they look down at the paper and see that they spend $150 this month on eating out and extra gas to get there.

3. Don't be an impulse shopper. When going out shopping have a pre-planned list with a set spending budget on it for the main items that you will need. Then on the other side of the list have a MAYBE column so that way if you have money left over from your budget you can get the things on this list, but if you don't then it will not really be a lose in the end.

4. FREE STUFF IS THE BEST STUFF. That is pretty much speaks for itself.

5. Think of cheaper alternatives to your favorite things that you like to do. If you like going to the movies. Try renting a few movies instead you will fine this more comfy in being at home and at the same time able to view more movies for the same prices rather than paying to go to the movies. You like to have pizza out twice a week go to the store and get the ingredients that you need and make your own pizza at home.

6. Plan ahead. When concerts or events come into your town think ahead far enough in advance so that you have that budgeted and planned out so that if you get the concert tickets at the beginning of the month then you will not be stuck the rest of the month eating nothing but noodles and drinking water.

STEROIDS IN BASEBALL 2 Sides

Now this is a topic that needs to be addressed on the daily until something is really done about it. Top MLB players have gone years by cheating the system and boosting their stats along with their bank accounts. There has always been the Motto " If you ain't cheating you ain't trying" well i guess these players were trying the hardest out of all of them. Now we all know that cheating is wrong and that the MLB has stepped up and tried to put stricter policies in place to cut down on this. The rest of the report of the 103 or 104 players names that where on the report from back in 2003 needs to come out so we can all know about it talk about it a few weeks and get it out of the way. Baseball is doing its self a Disservice by letting the names get leaked slowly and tainting the game and overshadowing the game as a whole. Granted that I'm not the biggest advocate of baseball as a real "athletic sport" vs. basketball, football, hockey, and even soccer but that's for another time. Players need to start stepping up and speaking out for their sport before the sport becomes more of a laughing stock than it already is because the term Americans game is just a joke at this time. it should be called the cheaters game any sport were men can play into their early and late 40s and still perform and these high levels should be taken under some serious investigation.
Steroids and records for the players that used the drugs should be taken out from the record book or left in as "Cheaters" with asterisk marks. It is a insult to the clean players and former players to have to put up their umbrella for fear of the cloud of this era to rain on them and take them along in the downpour.
Now these people so called " baseball purest and think that this is the greatest sport ever invented or the greatest thing ever invented since slice bread need to get out of the clouds and realize that people will always try to get an advantage in the sport by any means and will try to as long as they know they will not be caught. Example before the steroids talks there was corked bats, pitches putting stuff on the ball to make it curve or spin a certain way and the list goes on. Face it baseball purest the sport has so many black eyes in its long history its like a train wreck head on. For the people that don't want these so called Users in the hall of fame because they used the enhancers they have to take into account many things. 1. how long the person was taking them? 2. when did the person stop taking them in their career? 3. Without the use of them would this person have been able to break said record in the first place? 4. If not what would the actually tallies of their stats be? 5. Would that have been enough to make the hall of fame?
Face it Baseball its the 12Th round of the fight and your behind in the scorecards by 4 rounds and getting beat into the corner go ahead throw in the towel.

Reality Shows and the lack of Reality in Them

Now everyone loves a good reality show no matter what kind it is the love dating shows the family ones or just the action packed drama ones. Its like watching a train wreck in action that you just cant turn away from once you start watching. But once you sit back and think about it you have to realize that these people are on TV for two main reasons MONEY and EXPOSURE. Now of days a person will sell their dignity and self respect for the right amount of money. Example those dating shows do you really think people were on their to win the heart of Flavor Flav, Brett Micheal's, Real Chance, New York Etc etc. When a person goes on this show its all about faking it until they get into the situation where they can make it to where they want to get from being on the show.
Think about it a producer gives you X amount of dollars to come on a show to "win the love" of a person and you already know in your mind and in your heart that your not at all concerned about getting this person. So instead you go ahead and go on this scripted show and stay on as long as you can just so you can get enough lime light to boost yourself into star tom or get your 15Min's of fame take the money and bolt. Now I bet there are individuals out there that would say I would never do such a thing and those are bold face liars. They only have that response because the opportunity has not presented itself for them to take advantage of a situation like this. Reality shows are just like professional wrestling scripted for outcomes and made to put people over for either great baby faces or heels in society, don't be fooled about things when you watch these shows its just for enjoyment.

LOW BUDGET MUSIC VIDEOS & CRAPPY ALBUMS

Why is it that all the Hip Hop videos that are on now of days look like they were made in front of a green screen. Now granted that we are in a recession but people need to think of more inventive ways to bring their creation to life. Every video that's on now of days seem like they picked the ideal from a piece of paper out of a hat. Example Busta Rhymes from Arab Money videos to the one with him doing the interview with big tigger. Now granted that was a clever ideal to have a video that way it was just to basic in my eyes.
Now I'm not saying go back to the old format of videos where you stand in front of rented cars and talk about how much money you have and this that and another. But at some point we as the consumer need to put a end to this and have a better product to be put on the screens.

Crappy albums come out all the time and that is just a disgrace. In today's society its hard for artist to put together a product that people actually want to sit down and listen to the whole CD all the way through without skipping to their favorite songs. Now granted there are albums that come out each year that make people look back and be like wow that was a classic. But lets think back can you name 10 albums in the last three years that you would call classic or would even define classic numbers on the selling charts? Or better yet can you name 5 albums that fit this category. I'm tired of artist coming out with the same old tired concepts of trying to sell an album same artist from year after year talking about the same old stuff. Give me something new not the same watered down music just with a few line changes and a different beat to nod my head to.
Artist need to get this through their head just because you have a hot single with a guest appearance on it will not equal you record sells. It will give you record sells on your single but not on the album as a whole.

NFL And Offseason Issues Plaxico & Vick

Why is it that Plaxico Buress cant seem to get himself a break in the gun charges and the case. Yes we all understand that what he did was wrong for having the gun in the club in the first place and all that, but cant we get past that and give this man a break. Athletes should in no way get a pass for their actions and crimes in life but under that same thing they should be used as an example of the way to punish. The quickest way to solve this situation would be for Plaxico to have took the plea deal at the beginning missed his 2years and came back ready to play. But now that things have come full circle as they have he will have no choice but to probably miss another year or more by just waiting for a trial to start. He should just go ahead and try to get sentenced asap so he can get it out the way and back on the field.

Micheal Vick and his attempt to come back into the NFL is off to a rocky start here is another instance of people over reacting to the situation of his crime. Yes he killed animals and yes killing animals is wrong. But this man has served his time in jail and now should not be held back from the NFL head to not actually play for a team until he deems it fit. That's like saying here's a brand new car its yours but you cannot drive it until I want you to. How can Vick get signed to a team or even brought in for a workout if teams don't know when he will be able to play for the team. I'm sure that Vick will be given the chance once the season starts and teams start to get injuries at the QB or Wildcat position then Will be clawing at each other to get a shot at him.
